Matt started learning the art of magic almost 30 years ago. He is an incredibly experienced entertainer and has performed all over the world on cruise ships, at holiday resorts, on TV, in panto and at many private functions and special events.
Between 1989 and 2009 Matt was a professional fire eater, escapologist, illusionist, comedy juggler, presenter and stilt walker & unicyclist. He now concentrates solely on performing close-up magic, in addition to running various successful entertainment companies.
Matt is also an experienced magic consultant and he regularly teaches magic at schools, holiday resorts and arts centres throughout the UK.
In 2007 Matt wrote Illusions Revealed - the show was performed weekly for four years throughout the UK. In 2011 Matt produced MAGIC EXPOSED - a brand new experience that was seen at all 35 Haven holiday parks.
Matt’s brand new card magic instructional DVD, aimed at beginners, was released in 2011 and has literally been a huge disappointment.
Throughout 2011 Matt demonstrated street magic to 11-18 year olds at MIX events throughout Hampshire.
Hiring Matt means you probably won’t have “seen it all before” like with so many other magicians. Matt is only interested in performing to “real” people like you - he doesn’t perform overly complicated and self-indulgent routines that only appeal to magician only audiences.
